Our Call-Out Fees

  • €80 for jobs within Dublin 1-24.

  • €100 for all other Dublin areas.

 This fee is due on the first visit and can be paid by Cash, Revolut, or Bank Transfer.

 To help us accurately assess the problem, provide a clear quote, and give you a quicker service timeframe, please include:

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Photos of the appliance, including one showing its installed setting. This helps our engineers understand the context.

  • A photo of the model/serial number label.

  • Your full address, including your Eircode.

  • Parking information regarding any restrictions or options.

  • Details if the appliance is not on the ground floor, is inside a press, or on top of another appliance. This helps us bring the right equipment.
